These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the BLE Training Onboarding Tracking System (“TBOTS”, the “Platform”), made available at onboarding.ble.training and operated by BLE Training (“BLE”, “we”, or “us”).

1. Who the Platform is for

TBOTS is an internal tool for BLE Training's hiring and onboarding process. It serves four categories of authorized user:

Super-administrators — BLE leadership with full access.
Managers — BLE location managers with access scoped to their assigned center(s).
Applicants — individuals invited to complete an employment application via a one-time link.
New hires — individuals who have accepted a conditional offer and are completing onboarding paperwork via a secure link.

If you do not fall into one of the categories above and did not receive a direct invitation link, you are not authorized to access this Platform.

2. Authorized use only

You may only use TBOTS for the purpose for which access was granted to you. You agree that you will not:

Attempt to access accounts, data, sessions, or documents belonging to other users.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or attempt to defeat any security or access-control mechanism.
Share your credentials, access codes, PINs, or one-time links with anyone else.
Submit false, misleading, or another person's information (especially on an application or I-9).
Use TBOTS to store, transmit, or distribute unlawful, harassing, or malicious content.
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access any part of the Platform.

Unauthorized access or misuse may result in: account suspension or termination; revocation of a conditional employment offer; referral to your employer or manager; and, where warranted, referral to law enforcement and civil or criminal action under applicable federal and state computer-access laws (including but not limited to the federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1030).

3. Your information

When you use TBOTS we process information including your name, contact details, employment information, tax information, and (for new hires) government identification data required to complete Form I-9, Form W-4, and applicable state withholding forms.

Encryption: Sensitive fields (SSN, bank routing/account numbers, signature images) are encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (AES-256-GCM).
Retention: In-flight onboarding data is wiped from TBOTS storage immediately after your completed paperwork is filed with BLE HR. Applicant records and completed documents are retained for the periods required by applicable law.
Sharing: We do not sell your information. We share it only with BLE Training personnel who need it to do their job, and with third parties strictly in support of the hiring process (email delivery, document storage, background-check vendors with your consent).

4. Your responsibilities

Keep your credentials confidential and notify BLE if you believe they've been compromised.
Provide truthful and complete information on applications and onboarding forms.
Do not attempt to submit paperwork on behalf of another person.
Log out of shared or public devices when you're finished.

5. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its code, design, branding, and content, is owned by BLE Training and protected by copyright and trademark law. The TBOTS name and the BLE Training logo are trademarks of BLE Training. No license is granted except the limited, revocable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

6. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. BLE Training disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing here limits any right you have by law as an applicant or employee.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
